Securely pack your products in their original boxes, ensuring all attachments and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our team.
